Turn Your Boring Toast into an Amazing Snack

Are you bored of the same old toast? Good old PB & J was a main staple in my home for many years, but not anymore. Not only is 99.9% of commercial toast void of any vital nutrients, but each bite leaves you deprived of energy. This means you eventually seek out more refined foods in order to satisfy your hunger cravings & at the same time GAIN WEIGHT.

Do you struggle with your weight or suffer from the mid afternoon crashes? Our over consumption of refined foods is one of the main reasons why you do!

Stop your hunger cravings with this amazing snack. These are corn thins. No not rice cakes, but corn thins. They are a little thinner then rice cakes, they taste a whole lot better then rice cakes and they are made with whole grains of organic corn. Check out what I added on top to increase the nutritional value of every bite.

If you can’t find them in your local grocery store, go for rice cakes or a whole grain bread made without flour and add the same ingredients as I did for a healthy energy boost without the heavy crash.

Food Allergies Be Gone

Do you suffer from food allergies? I HAD fresh fruit syndrome for many years. What is fresh fruit syndrome? Did you ask yourself that question? I did too when I first was told about it. I had food allergies to apples, peaches, pears, plums, carrots, celery, mixed nuts. Not anymore!

Did you know that allergies are an autoimmune dysfunction. The stronger your immune system is the less likely you are of attracting allergies as well as strengthening your ability to eliminate your allergies. I don’t mean to simplify the subject becuase there are many forms of allergies and varying degrees on which many people suffer, but the bottom line is, how strong is your immune system?

When I discovered that over 70% of my immune system was in my digestive system, YES OVER 70%, I knew I had to start looking for higher, nutrient rich foods, to help fill my body. For years I had lived on processed foods, void of essential nutrients. My body had been starving for health for far too long. Can you relate to eating processed foods?

Once I introduced more plant based foods, nuts, seeds, grains, legumes, fruits and vegetable, and avoiding refined foods as well as reducing my intake of commercial meat and dairy products, my body started to respond in a very positive way. Not only did my food allergies begin to subside, but my energy levels went up, my weight came down and my stress levels became more manageable.

It all starts with your diet! It does not have to be difficult to overcome your allergies, you just need a starting point and then a system to begin experiencing a shift in your health. I would like to help you if you are ready.
