Power of Food Mom’s – Going on a Hike

Hello Power of Foodies

I wanted to share with you a recent hike I took with the newest members of the Power of Food Mom’s group. We enjoyed a 2 hour workout last week as we carried our little ones up to the summit of the first peak of The Chief in Squamish, B.C, Canada.
