Avocado Summer Salad
What a feeling it is when the sun is beating down on your face, filling your body with vitamin D. I love the summer time and this salad is a perfect compliment to a healthy summer day. This sweet tasting, mouth watering, healthy salad will provide your body with a boost of goodness and takes less then 5 minutes to make. That means more time in the pool and less time in the kitchen.

Ingredients
1 avocado, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 mango, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 grapefruit, cut into bite-sized pieces
1/2 lime
1 sprig fresh mint
How to Prepare
Place on ingredients in a bowl or plate and spread mint over top. That’s it
Recipe Tip
Add 3 tablespoons of hemp seeds and enjoy this salad as an early dinner option.
