Chocolate Pecan Spice Cookies

Do you often crave something sweet right after dinner? So many of us do. What if I told you there was a healthy cookie you could eat guilt free that also satisfied your sweet craving, would you like to know the recipe? If you said yes, here you go

Ingredients

1 ½ cups pecans
1 cup pitted dates chopped
¼ cup hemp seeds
½ cup unsweetened, shredded dried coconut
2 tablespoon all natural cocoa powder
½ teaspoon Himalayan crystal salt
½ teaspoon grated ginger
1 teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon nutmeg
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons water

How to Prepare

Soak pecans in water for 1 hour. Process all of the ingredients in a food processor until coarsely ground. Process until the mixture begins to stick together when pressed between your fingers. Roll and form into desired cookie shape and serve.
