Family Friendly Quesadilla
Do you crave bad food? This family friendly quesadilla recipe will make you feel guilty it tastes so good. Enjoy this recipe for lunch or dinner it doesn’t matter, because the healthy ingredients will make you feel alive and energized when finished. The added bonus is that it is gluten free, so less trouble on your digestive system!
Ingredients
½ onion diced
½ red pepper diced
½ cup spinach
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 brown rice wraps (gluten-free)
½ cup of organic cheddar cheese
1 tblsp olive oil
How to Prepare:
Place a tablespoon of olive oil and a tablespoon of water into a large pan and set stove top to low heat. Now place one brown rice wrap into the pan. Place all ingredients evenly throughout wrap and cover with lid. Let the wrap cook slowly for a few minutes or until toppings are a little steamed. Now place the second warp over top and bring stove top to medium. Flip after a few minutes. Once the ingredients reach desired consistency, cut into four wedges and serve with homemade salsa or guacamole.
These are the brown rice wraps I use. They are amazing for making quesadillas.
