Rise & Shine Cereal

Why feed yourself commercial, over processed cereals that leave you starving for energy when you can try my “Rise & Shine” recipe. This recipe is so easy to prepare and taste fantastic that you will wonder why you didn’t try it sooner. Once you get the ingredients on hand you can start to boost your morning cereal and provide yourself with energy all day long.

Ingredients

1/4 cup of your favorite cereal
1 tblsp flax seed ground
1 tblsp hemp seeds
1 tblsp sunflower seeds
1 tblsp sesame seeds
1/2 cup whole oat groats or quinoa soaked or cooked
1 tblsp agave nectar
hand full of dried fruit of choice (unsulphured)
1 cup milk (preferably rice or almond)
